Heart is basically a big muscle(cardiac muscle) that works from the beginning of life to the end of ones life. Heart works for you ceaselessly throughout your life, so it is out duty to at least do something that can boost the health of heart.
Here are some tips we all should follow to keep heart in robust health.
1.Don't smoke-
Smoking cigarettes is a well know enemy of the heart , smoking leads to the development of plaque in coronary arteries , that can lead to the death of certain cardiac fibres by reducing the blood flow towards the cardiac tissue. So if you don't smoke then never start in future, if you smoke then don't think just quit. Smoking kills the heart .
2.Be active -
Getting and staying active will increase the life of heart by increasing the vascularity of heart. It is highly recommended to have a 150 minutes of medium intensity workout in 7 days.(don't do 150 min workout at once , 22 minutes daily for 6 day is ideal)
3 Keep your weight within limit-
Being overweight puts your heart in danger zone. It is because heart has to put extra effort to pump the blood in obese person . This in long rung adversely affect the heart.
4. Low salt intake-
It is very important to use low salt in food. low intake of salt keep blood pressure within limits .
5. Alcoholic drinks-
Like cigarette alcohol is also a well known enemy of heart. Drinking excessive alcohol causes the tissue dehydration which in turn can cause hypovolemia . Try to limit your alcoholic drink to low. Don't cross the safe line of drinking(although there is no safe line, alcohol is injurious to your health in any quantity if taken daily for long period of time , if you drink occasionally then its ok. ).
